IMPORTANT NOTE

This section does not form a part of the syllabus. It is intended to provide some help for those of you wishing to buy a computer. The advice is aimed at new computer owners and those purchasing fairly cheep machines Those of you who wish to play games or who have high end music aspirations may well disagree with the advice offered. I have only dealt with desktop machines here mainly because they are much cheaper to own. What is expressed here is opinion rather than fact. This section will be out of date in six months anyway!
