I'm going to give you my suggestion of the sub-processes to help you along (use different ones if you'd prefer):

  • Record Retail Sales;
  • Issue Orders;
  • Receive Back Exhibited Goods.

A model solution is provided so that you can compare it with your own solution is provided in section vii.
